We are now a licensed home contractor in Tennessee building in South Central counties including Hardin, Wayne, Lawrence, Giles, Perry, Lewis and Maury!

Building in Tennesee has been on our radar for several years, and Will finally took the leap to go through the process to be licensed as a home builder in Tennesee! Our office is in the northwest corner of Alabama, so the state line is only about 30 minutes away. We try to keep our builds within about a 1 to 1.5 hour radius, so that gave us the ability to build custom homes across the state line in Southern Tennessee. As soon as our license was approved, we hit the ground running with new build projects in Lutz, Savannah, Hohenwald and Linden.

We absolutely love the rolling hills of Tennesee, and we are able to complete the dirt work and site prep to get any property ready to build. We are also specialized in lake homes and build along the Tennesee River and Pickwick Lake.
